Menu Dégustation

The Chef des Cuisines and Gastronomic Director, Stefano Catenacci, and his staff guarantee to provide the highest level of culinary excellence for our dining guests. Our aim is to create a menu that reflects the coming and going of the seasons and their individual range of food products. The Main Dining Room has its own kitchen and patisserie.

Menu Caneton

Operakällarens Main Dining Room has a long tradition of serving pressed duck and on every Wednesday Operakällaren offers a special 5-course menu with french duck from the press which our executive chef Stefano Catenacci perepares for you in the dining room. Please note that the menu is only served a limited number per evening.
