Operakällaren’s name dates back to 1787 when the restaurant was situated in the cellar under Gustav III’s opera house. History permeates the atmosphere in this heritage property, a house filled with opportunities, with its four restaurants, cocktail bar, wine cellar and function rooms.
Stefano Catenacci is the Chef des Cuisines at the Operakällaren since 1996.
